Understanding Our Refund Process

Once your refund request has been approved, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. This timeframe allows us to verify the transaction and ensure that everything is in order before issuing the refund. We appreciate your patience during this time, as we want to ensure that all refunds are handled accurately and efficiently.


Bank Processing Time

After we have processed your refund, the next step involves your bank. Most banks typically reflect the refunded amount in your account within 7–10 business days after the refund has been issued. This delay is due to the varying processing times of different financial institutions. While we do our best to expedite the process on our end, the timing can vary based on your bank’s policies.


What to Do If You Don’t See Your Refund

If you haven’t seen the refund in your account after the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or financial institution. They may be able to provide more information regarding the status of the transaction.
