What to Do


1. Allow a Few Minutes for Processing: Transactions may take a little time to process, especially during peak hours or if there are network delays. It’s common for transactions to show as pending for a short period. We recommend waiting a few minutes to see if the status updates on its own.


2. Do Not Retry Immediately to Avoid Duplication: If you notice that your transaction is still pending after a few minutes, it might be tempting to try to process it again. However, we advise against this, as retrying can lead to duplicate transactions. This means you could end up being charged twice for the same transaction, which can complicate the resolution process.
