A pending transaction can be a common occurrence when dealing with financial transactions, and it’s important to understand what it means for you.

Here’s a breakdown of what a pending transaction signifies in our system:

- We have received your CAD payment: When you initiate a payment in CAD, our system confirms that we have successfully received your funds. This is an important step in the transaction process, as it indicates that your payment is in our system and is being processed. However, just because we have received your payment does not mean that the transaction is complete. It is currently in a pending state while we verify and process it.

- The NGN payout is still processing: If you are expecting a payout in Nigerian Naira (NGN), please note that this is still being processed. The processing time can vary based on several factors, including transaction volume and banking hours. During this period, your funds are secure, and we are diligently working to ensure that your payout is completed as quickly as possible.

- Real-time notifications: We understand that waiting for a transaction to complete can be stressful, which is why we provide real-time notifications. You will receive updates via email or through our app once your transaction is finalized. This way, you can stay informed about the status of your payment without needing to check back constantly.
