Funding your CAD wallet on SwitchHub is simple and secure. Follow the steps below to complete your deposit using Interac.
Steps to Fund Your CAD Wallet
Open the Switch Hub app and log in to your account.
From the home screen, tap Deposit.
Select CAD as your deposit currency.
You will be prompted to add and verify your Interac email.
Follow the on-screen steps to add your funding Interac email.
This verification is required so we can confirm the funds are coming from an account that belongs to you.
Once your funding email is added, you will see Switch Hub’s Interac email address displayed on the screen.
Copy the Interac email provided.
Open your Canadian banking app, start a new Interac e-Transfer, and paste the email as the recipient.
Complete the transaction following your bank’s normal e-transfer steps.
Processing Time
Deposits from verified funding emails reflect in 3–5 minutes.
Deposits from unverified emails will not come in until they have been verified
If Your Deposit Doesn’t Arrive
Double-check that you used a verified funding Interac email.
Ensure the Interac recipient email matches the one shown in the app.
If the deposit hasn’t appeared after 1 hour, contact support@switchhub.ca.
