Deposits Not Credited to Your CAD Wallet

If you made a deposit into your CAD wallet using a verified Interac funding email, it typically reflects within 3–5 minutes.
If the payment has not appeared:

What to Do

  • Confirm that the payment was sent from a verified Interac email.

  • Wait up to 5 minutes for normal processing.

  • If the payment was sent from an unverified Interac email, the credit may take up to 1 hour.

When to Contact Support

If the deposit has not appeared after one hour, contact support@switchhub.ca for assistance.
